A Ray of Sunshine Counseling Consultants may use text messaging for:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling confirmations

  • Administrative communications

  • General service-related updates

Text messaging is not a secure form of communication.

Clients should not send:

  • Clinical information

  • Protected health information

  • Sensitive personal information

  • Crisis-related communications

3. Response Times

Text messages are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies.

If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Opt-Out

Clients may opt out of text communications at any time by notifying our office.

5. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into text communications, you consent to receive text messages from A Ray of Sunshine Counseling Consultants regarding appointments and services.
